Rallye Shen

Rallye Shen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics, Philosophy and Political Science at the Irving K. Barber Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, University of British Columbia Okanagan. Her research focuses on the economic and health impacts of infrastructure improvements, particularly regarding migration, displacement, and equity for disadvantaged populations.
