Rakesh Bobba is an Associate Professor at Oregon State University's School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, with a focus on secure and trustworthy networked and distributed systems. He joined Oregon State in 2014 after serving as a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, with appointments in ITI, ECE, and CS departments.

Bobba's work has received support from DOE, ARPA-E, ONR, AFRL/AFOSR, and NSF. He has contributed to research groups including Energy Systems, Cybersecurity, and Networking and Computer Systems.
