Rajesh Saiju

Prof. Dr. Rajesh Saiju is a faculty member at Flensburg University of Applied Sciences, where he has served as Professor of Energy Technology and Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering since 2015. His expertise spans energy systems, power plant modeling, and grid integration of renewables. He contributes to teaching programs in Energy Sciences and Wind Energy Engineering.

Scientific awards include the DAAD scholarship for international students during his master's studies.

He has served on the university's Ethics Committee and contributed to the opening of the New Energy Technology Laboratory in 2017. His industrial experience includes roles at Voith Hydro (2008-2011) and Nordex Energy (2011-2015), focusing on hydropower simulations, wind turbine modeling, and project management for wind farms.
