Rajeev R. Raje is an Associate Dean in the School of Science and Professor of Computer Science at the Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering, Indiana University Indianapolis. He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University (1994) and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bombay (1984).
His research focuses on distributed and service-oriented software systems, programming languages, and software engineering. He co-directs the Software Engineering and Distributed Systems (SEDS) group within the CIS department. Recent projects include CDASH (Community Data Analytics for Social Harm), TruSSCom (Trustworthy Software Service Selection and Composition), and frameworks like UniFrame for heterogeneous distributed components.
Dr. Raje is a Senior Member of both ACM and IEEE. His work emphasizes practical applications of distributed systems, static code analysis, and indoor tracking technologies (e.g., e-DOTS).
