Rainer Holmer

Rainer Holmer serves as Dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Information Engineering at Ostbavarian Technical University of Regensburg. He holds the position of Professor specializing in Electronic Components, Electrical Measurement Technology, and Test and Measurement Technology.
