Rahul Choudaha

Rahul Choudaha is a Senior Researcher affiliated with the SERU Consortium at the Goldman School of Public Policy, University of California, Berkeley. His research focuses on international student mobility, global engagement strategies, and the implications of internationalization in higher education. He holds a doctorate in higher education, a master’s in business management, and a bachelor’s in electronics engineering. Choudaha is a co-founder of DrEducation, a research consultancy firm, and has held leadership roles in organizations like Studyportals and World Education Services.

His work bridges academia and practice, with over 150 conference presentations and keynotes, including sessions at NAFSA and EAIE.
