Raghu Betina serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Operations Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he teaches Application Development courses across multiple academic quarters. Previously, he was Managing Partner at The Starter League in Chicago specializing in beginner-focused programming education and worked as an entrepreneur/investor in southern India's technology sector.

His research centers on democratizing technical skills for non-programmers through innovative teaching methodologies, emphasizing that business professionals can rapidly gain programming proficiency with tailored approaches. This work bridges operations management and entrepreneurship by developing practical application development frameworks specifically for MBA students, as featured in Chicago Booth Magazine.
