Rafael Alberto Delgado is an Instructor of Spanish at the University of Delaware (UD), affiliated with the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures within the College of Arts & Sciences. He coordinates Spanish 106 and co-directs the summer study abroad program in Granada, Spain.
