Radosław Wujcik

Radosław Wujcik, Ph.D. / Assistant Professor at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities, is a psychologist specialized in neuropsychology, psychological assessment, and psychometrics. He works within the Faculty of Psychology in Warsaw, Department of Psychology of Individual Differences, Diagnosis and Psychometric Research, and serves as Head of the Experimental Research Lab at the Institute of Psychology.

• Doctorate in Medical Sciences, Medical University of Lodz

His research focuses on advanced measurement models in psychological and psychiatric diagnosis, alongside roles in educational programs and validation studies for clinical tools like Raven’s Progressive Matrices (RPM) and Children’s Depression Inventory (CDI-2). He also coordinates normalization studies for psychometric tests and provides certification workshops for professionals.

At SWPS University, he contributes to academic education and research, while maintaining a position as Senior Testing Specialist at the Psychological Testing Laboratory (PTP) of the Polish Psychological Association.
