Rachelle Miller

Rachelle Miller, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor at the University of Central Arkansas (UCA), affiliated with the College of Education and the Department of Elementary, Literacy, and Special Education Leadership Studies Teaching and Learning. She teaches Statistics as part of the core curriculum and is an affiliated faculty member of the LEAD program.
