Rachel Lee

Rachel Lee is an Associate Professor of Psychology and Associate Chair of the Department of Psychology at the University of Detroit Mercy. She holds a Ph.D., M.A., and B.A. from The Ohio State University. Her research focuses on academic and behavioral interventions for students with low-incidence disabilities, as well as supervision and training issues in school psychology related to the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. She is also a nationally certified school psychologist (NCSP).

Lee teaches courses including Developmental Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis I & II, School Psychology Internship, and Psychological Testing & Measurement. She supervises third-year school psychology interns and has prior experience as a school psychologist in Columbus, Ohio public schools. Her work bridges clinical practice, educational policy, and evidence-based interventions for underserved student populations.
