Rachel F. Held

Rachel F. Held, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She concurrently serves as Lead Psychologist at Moses Adult Outpatient Psychiatry and Associate Director of Psychology Training at Montefiore Einstein. Her clinical work focuses on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and behavioral interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, and chronic pain.
