معرفی
Rachel Delorme is a permanent CNRS researcher at the Laboratoire de Physique Subatomique et Cosmologie (LPSC) in Grenoble, France, affiliated with Université Grenoble Alpes. She has held this position since 2016 and holds a doctorate in Physics (2013) and a qualification in Radiological and Medical Physics (2009). Her research focuses on advancing innovative radiotherapy techniques, including Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT), Flash therapy, Very High Energy Electron (VHEE) RT, and spatially fractionated RT (SFRT). She employs macro-, micro-, and nano-dosimetric simulations, particularly through Monte Carlo methods. Future projects involve enhancing biological dose prediction using Gate/Geant4-DNA simulations integrated with biophysical models like MKM and NanOx.
- Education: Doctorate in Physics (2013), Qualification in Radiological and Medical Physics (2009).
Her work bridges subatomic physics and clinical applications, emphasizing precision in radiation therapy planning and understanding therapy efficacy at molecular and cellular scales.
