Rachel Blackman-Rogers is a Lecturer in Defence Studies at King's College London (KCL), specializing in maritime power with a focus on the French Revolutionary Wars. She earned her PhD in naval history from KCL in 2023 and is affiliated with the Laughton Naval History and Maritime Strategy Unit and the Corbett Centre at KCL.
