Rachael Adeleye

Rachael Adeleye is a Lecturer and Course Leader for the BSc (Hons) International Business Studies (Full Time) at Buckinghamshire New University since 2023. Her career spans nearly a decade in Human Resources Management within the NHS, specializing in recruitment and employment relations. She previously worked as a Compliance Consultant at Interserve Healthcare UK, gaining compliance expertise. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Business and Management (Marketing), an MSc (Hons) in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations, and a PhD in Management Studies Research (HRM), all from Brunel University London.

Her research focuses on Human Resource Management and organizational dynamics, informed by her professional experience. She actively collaborates with organizations like Telmi Kids Podcast Creation App, fostering partnerships with platforms such as Roblox and Spotify. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the British Academy of Management (BAM), presenting her PhD research at conferences including the British Academy of Management (BAM) in the UK.

Outside academia, Adeleye volunteers as a programme coordinator for youth development at the World Mission Agency in London and serves on the governing body of her local Primary and Nursery School, demonstrating commitment to community governance and education.
