Rabindra Lamsal

Rabindra Lamsal is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the GRID Lab, UNSW Sydney, contributing to the Resilient and Intelligent Infrastructure Systems (RIIS) ARC ITRH in collaboration with FrontierSI. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Melbourne, where he specialized in large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP). His current research focuses on developing systems for natural-language interaction between humans and complex 3D data, including BIM IFC and CityGML.

He earned a Master of Technology (Computer Science) from Jawaharlal Nehru University (India) and a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Engineering) from Kathmandu University (Nepal). His work bridges AI, NLP, and geospatial technologies to enhance infrastructure resilience.
