Rabia Efeoğlu

Rabia Efeoğlu is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Kastamonu University, Turkey. Her academic journey includes a PhD (2015-2019) and MSc (2013-2015) in Economic Development and International Economics from Atatürk University, and a BA in Economics (2006-2010) from the same institution.

Her research focuses on Regional Development, Globalization, and the interplay between Financial Development and Economic Growth. She has explored topics such as Environmental Kuznets Curve, Democracy in emerging economies, and Income Inequality through taxation policies.

With 55 publications, including 31 journal articles and 9 book chapters, her work spans Environmental Economics, Political Economy, and International Trade. She has advised one Master’s thesis and collaborated with researchers like Sabri Azgün and Ceren Pehlivan.
