RF Chang is a Professor in the Department of Information Engineering at National Taiwan University, affiliated with the Institute of Information Network and Multimedia. He leads the Medical Image Processing Laboratory and teaches courses including Deep Learning in Medical Imaging and Make Multimedia Production.
His research expertise includes:

Professor Chang has secured research funding from Taiwan's Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) for projects in medical imaging and multimedia systems.
