Dr. Recep Hakkı Koca is a Lecturer at Bingol University's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Clinical Sciences. He holds a PhD (2022) from Firat University and previously served as a Research Assistant at Dicle University (2013-2016) and Bingol University (2016-2023).
