معرفی
Dr. Quynh Ngo is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the School of Electrical and Data Engineering at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), within the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology. Her research focuses on satellite networks, vehicular ad-hoc networks (VANETs), IoT networks, cybersecurity, and machine learning applications in wireless communication. She holds a PhD in Computer Science from La Trobe University (2023), an M.Sc. in Telecommunications from Vietnam National University (2016), a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from California State University (2013), and a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from Vietnam National University (2008). Her doctoral thesis was nominated for the Nancy Millis Award for exceptional research.
Her work addresses critical challenges in 6G satellite integration, including intersystem interference in GEO-LEO networks, Doppler shift mitigation, and spectrum sensing. She employs machine learning and deep reinforcement learning to optimize beam design, power allocation, and resource management. Dr. Ngo has been awarded scholarships and grants from NASA, the Norwegian-Vietnamese Industrial & Infrastructure Safety Consortium, and La Trobe University. She has over five years of teaching experience in electronics, communications, and cybersecurity, and actively serves as a reviewer for journals such as IEEE Transactions on Communications and conferences like the IEEE International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies.
