Quentin Posva

Dr. Quentin Posva is a researcher specializing in Algebraic Geometry at the Chair of Algebraic Geometry, Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. He holds a PostDoc Mobility fellowship from the Swiss National Science Foundation and is currently an invited post-doc in the research group of Stefan Schröer. Previously, he was a Kollár Research Assistant at the University of Utah (2022–2023) and earned his PhD from EPFL (2022) under Zsolt Patakfalvi. His research focuses on birational geometry, moduli theory, singularity theory of algebraic varieties, and applications of higher geometry to singularities, particularly in positive characteristic contexts.
