Quan Long

Quan Long is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medical Genetics at the University of Calgary. His research focuses on phenotype predictions and gene mapping via integration of multiscale omics data using statistics and informatics. He is also interested in within-host evolutionary analysis using sequence data to better predict disease status such as cancer progression and antimicrobial resistance.
