Dr.-Ing. habil. Qiang Li is a Scientific Employee at the Chair of System Dynamics and Friction Physics within the Institute of Mechanics at Technical University of Berlin since 2014. He completed his PhD in 2014 and habilitation in 2025 at the same department, focusing on advanced contact mechanics and tribological simulations.

- B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, East China University of Science and Technology (2007)
- M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, East China University of Science and Technology (2010)
His research spans contact mechanics of third-body systems, elastomer contact behavior, and material theory, with applications in tribology and friction dynamics. He employs numerical methods to study wear, adhesion, and the influence of vibrations on friction properties.
