Qianchuan Ye

Qianchuan Ye is a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York. He received his PhD in Computer Science from Purdue University in 2024 and holds a BS in Computer Science from Sichuan University, China (2013).

• Current research focuses on interactive proof assistants
• Specializes in type theory and programming languages
• Active in program verification/synthesis and language-based security

His recent publications address topics like policy-agnostic oblivious computation, symbolic verification of representation invariants, and DSLs for secure multi-party computation. He actively seeks graduate students interested in formal reasoning and programming languages.
