Qi Yu

Qi Yu is Assistant Professor of Marketing at Singapore Management University's Lee Kong Chian School of Business. Her research examines quantitative marketing approaches to customer loyalty, online retail dynamics, and subscription-based business models.

She has received multiple awards including an MOE Tier 1 grant and doctoral fellowships from Wharton. Education includes a Ph.D. in Marketing from University of Pennsylvania and economics degrees from Tsinghua University.
