Puyan A. Zadeh

Puyan A. Zadeh is a Researcher in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of British Columbia, affiliated with the Project & Construction Management (PCM) group. He also serves as a sessional instructor and founder of Pyramoon Innovations.

  • M.Sc. (2007) and Dr.-Ing. (2012) in Informatics in Civil Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt (TUDa), Darmstadt, Germany

Research Interests span Innovation in Construction, BIM-based design and coordination, AI-driven algorithms for AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations), Digital Fabrication, Modular Construction, and XR (AR/VR/MR) applications in construction. His work emphasizes integrating Lean Construction and Integrated Project Delivery methodologies.
