Puneet Srivastava

Puneet Srivastava is the Director of the Water Resources Center and a Butler-Cunningham Eminent Scholar Professor in the Department of Biosystems Engineering at Auburn University. He leads interdisciplinary efforts to address water-related challenges through research, outreach, and education.

His research focuses on climate variability impacts on water resources and agriculture, surface/groundwater dynamics, and modeling hydrologic and pollutant transport processes. He has secured over $27 million in research funding over 15 years, supported by 3 PhD, 3 MS students, and undergraduates.
