Dr. Przemysław Zdyb is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin. His research focuses on administrative law and procedure, with particular emphasis on administrative proceedings before regulatory bodies like the Energy Regulatory Office. He holds a Doctorate of Law from the same institution, having defended his dissertation on 'Administrative proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office' in 2018.
- Teaching Roles: Teaches administrative proceedings, telecommunications law, and EU administrative procedural law in English and Polish.
- International Engagement: Participated in Erasmus+ programs at Okan University (Istanbul, 2013-2014) and the University of Maribor (Slovenia, 2019-2020).
- Professional Activities: Legal counsel since 2019, running a private law firm in Szczecin. Member of the Electronic Communications Law Research Team and the administration team at the Faculty.
