Prysor Williams

Professor Prysor Williams is a faculty member at Bangor University, serving in the School of Environmental and Natural Sciences. He holds the academic rank of Professor in Agriculture and Environment and is actively involved in research, teaching, and policy advisory roles. His work bridges academic inquiry with practical farming, informed by his lifelong experience on an upland livestock farm.

He explores sustainable intensification and the provision of public goods through agriculture. His interdisciplinary work extends to the water-energy nexus, including energy efficiency in distilleries and leisure centres, and small-scale hydropower.
