Prokopios Magiatis

Prokopios Magiatis is an Associate Professor in the Section of Pharmacognosy and Natural Products Chemistry at the Faculty of Pharmacy, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has held visiting positions at Virginia Commonwealth University and University of California, Davis, and has established himself as a leading researcher in olive oil chemistry and natural product analysis. His career spans over two decades with significant contributions to pharmacognosy and natural product chemistry.
