Prisca Collins

Prisca Collins, PhD, PT, is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Physical Therapy at Samford University's School of Health Professions. She joined Samford in July 2023 after holding academic roles at Florida Southern College, Northern Illinois University, and Governors State University.

Her work emphasizes improving healthcare access for marginalized populations, curriculum development for societal impact, and integrating health promotion and wellness into physical therapy education.
