Prashant Raghavan

Prashant Raghavan, MBBS is a Professor in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He holds secondary appointments in Otorhinolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and serves as the Section Chief of Neuro Diagnostic Radiology, Modality Director, and ACGME Neuro Diagnostic Fellowship Director.

Research interests span Neuroradiology, Head and Neck Imaging, and Neonatal Imaging, with notable work in Tinnitus diagnostics, traumatic brain injury, and Epilepsy imaging. His publications highlight advanced neuroimaging techniques and postoperative evaluations.

Scientific contributions include studies on:

• Brain connectivity in neonates
• Neurovascular abnormalities in tinnitus
• Dynamic CT for parathyroid disease
