Prasan Ulluwishewa

Prasan Ulluwishewa is the Assistant Dean and Lecturer in the School of Law at the University of Notre Dame Australia's Sydney Campus. He holds an LLB/BCommerce (Accounting) from UNSW and an LLM in US commercial and antitrust law from the University of Virginia School of Law. His expertise spans corporate/commercial law, competition law, and construction law. Prior to academia, he practiced as a solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons and served as a senior policy advisor and speechwriter for NSW political leaders.

He lectures in Torts, Employee Relations Law, and Criminal Law, and has previously taught at Macquarie University and the University of Melbourne Law School. His research focuses on construction law, particularly contractual and regulatory frameworks in the sector. Prasan's career bridges legal practice, public policy, and legal education.
