Prakash Nallathamby

Prakash Nallathamby serves as Associate Professor and Associate Director at Notre Dame Research, University of Notre Dame, with courtesy appointments in the College of Dentistry and Graduate College.

Research spans nanoparticle engineering for biomedical applications, including cancer biology, nanotoxicology, and targeted therapeutics. Secondary interests include plasmonic nanomaterials for renewable energy and sensing technologies.

Publications focus on nanomaterial synthesis, biocompatibility studies, and phage-mimicking antibacterial systems. Recent work shows increasing emphasis on data management education and library learning analytics.
