Piret Raudsepp

Piret Raudsepp serves as Senior Lecturer in Nutrition Science and Research Fellow in Food Polyphenol Chromatography at the Estonian University of Life Sciences, based within the Institute of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences at the Chair of Veterinary Biomedicine and Food Hygiene (Kreutzwaldi 56/3, Tartu).

Her research program centers on the chemical analysis of bioactive food components, with particular expertise in polyphenol characterization using chromatographic techniques. This work intersects nutrition science, food safety, and veterinary biomedicine, focusing on how plant-derived compounds affect food quality and biological systems.
