Piotr Tadeusz Kwiatkowski

Professor Piotr Tadeusz Kwiatkowski is a sociologist and public opinion researcher affiliated with SWPS University since 2009 and the Maria Grzegorzewska Academy of Special Education (2015–2018). He holds a PhD in Sociology (1985, University of Warsaw) and a postdoctoral degree (habilitacja, 2008).

His research focuses on collective memory at the intersection of social, political, and cultural sciences. Key projects include studies on WWII in Polish collective memory, Poland’s independence in 1918, and museum audiences. He led initiatives like the Interviewers' Quality Control Program (PKJPA) and contributed to institutional frameworks for post-1989 market research in Poland.

At SWPS University, he teaches media research, business research, HRM methodologies, and social paradigms in HRM. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of the scientific quarterly Kultura i Społeczeństwo (since 2019).
