Piotr Kwiatek

Piotr Kwiatek is a Professor at Fachhochschule Oberösterreich's Research Center Steyr, specializing in Global Business Management. He holds a PhD from Poznan University of Economics and Business (2005) and completed an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning program at the University of Texas at Austin (2020). He serves as Vice President of the Global Sales Science Institute since 2007.

His research focuses on AI applications in sales, digital transformation in B2B relationships, and firm performance dynamics. Key projects include the DIGIT/NAWA initiative exploring human-AI collaboration in data-driven contexts (2024–2026). Recent work analyzes AI-driven sales forecasting and the evolving role of relationships in digital business environments.
