Piotr Kuźnicki

Dr. Piotr Kuźnicki is an Assistant Professor at SWPS University and a licensed attorney in Poland and New York, specializing in Polish and American corporate law. He serves at the Faculty of Law in Warsaw, within the Department of Private Law, where he coordinates the Law of New Technologies program and teaches corporate law, obligations, and venture capital transactions.
