معرفی
Pierrick Bousseau is a CNRS Research Fellow at the Orsay Mathematics Laboratory (LMO), a joint research unit of CNRS and Université Paris-Saclay. He was awarded the prestigious Peccot Lecture Series for 2021-2022 by the Collège de France, recognizing exceptional contributions by mathematicians under age 30.
His research centers on enumerative geometry, a classical branch of algebraic geometry focused on counting geometric configurations in complex varieties. Key specialties include Gromov-Witten invariants (counting curves), Donaldson-Thomas invariants (counting coherent bundles), tropical geometry, and modular forms, with significant work in dimensions two and three. His research bridges theoretical frameworks across moduli spaces of stable curves and interdisciplinary connections to mathematical physics.

- Peccot Lecture Series (2021-2022)
Dr. Bousseau delivered a four-part lecture series titled 'Recent advances in enumerative geometry' at the Collège de France from January to February 2022, presenting breakthroughs in general dimensional results and dimension-specific applications. His work demonstrates deep integration of algebraic, geometric, and combinatorial methods with implications for string theory and mirror symmetry.
