Phoebe A. Cohen is an Associate Professor of Geosciences at Williams College, where she teaches courses such as GEOS 101: The Co-Evolution of Earth and Life, GEOS 107: Astrobiology, and GEOS 312: Mass Extinctions. Her research focuses on reconstructing ancient organisms and ecosystems using microscopic and microchemical techniques, alongside stratigraphic and sedimentological data.
