Dr. Phillip Newton is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Newcastle's School of Nursing and Midwifery, specializing in cardiovascular nursing and frailty assessment. After 3 years away from academia (2019-2022), he resumed his academic career following prior roles at Western Sydney University and University of Technology Sydney.
