Philippe Spaetig

Philippe Spaetig is an Adjunct Professor at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL) in the School of Basic Sciences (SB), associated with the Laboratory of Reactor Physics and Systems Behaviour (LRS), EDMX-ENS, and SPH-ENS. He holds Swiss citizenship and has been active in academia since the 1990s.

His research focuses on nuclear materials, reactor physics, and radiation effects on materials, particularly in harsh environments. He has developed small specimen test techniques and non-destructive methods for material property analysis.
