Philippe PAILOT is a Professor at SKEMA Business School and an Associate Professor HDR at IAE Lille (University of Lille), affiliated with LUMEN research unit (URL 4999). His roles include teaching 'Organisational Behaviour' and 'Social, Cognitive and Behavioural Psychology applied to Management' in SKEMA's PGE L3 program, as well as co-founding the 'Women and Business' Chair. His research focuses on female entrepreneurship, CSR, and the intersection of law and management.
Education includes a Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches (2006), PhD in Management Sciences (1995), Advanced Master in Business Administration (1990), and DESCAF (1989). His work spans organizational behavior, HRM, gender studies, and institutional logics in entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Research interests emphasize women's entrepreneurship dynamics, gender disparities, CSR legal frameworks, and religion in organizations. His recent articles analyze crisis leadership among women entrepreneurs, institutional logics in ecosystems, and gendered entrepreneurial legitimacy. He has supervised at least one PhD student (A. EZZEROUALI) and contributed to policy discussions on work-family interfaces and institutional support for women entrepreneurs.
LUMEN serves as his primary research hub, exploring themes like organizational change, social responsibility, and historical methodologies in management.
