Professor Philippa Webb is a leading scholar and practitioner in public international law, affiliated with the University of Oxford's Blavatnik School of Government and a Fellow of Exeter College. She also practices as a barrister at Twenty Essex Chambers, appearing before international courts like the International Court of Justice and European Court of Human Rights.
