Philipp Koller

Philipp Koller serves as an Associate Professor at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar within the Faculty of Art and Design's Department of Visual Communication. He holds the dedicated Professorship of Typography and Type Design, focusing on the theoretical and practical dimensions of typographic systems in contemporary visual culture.

His research centers on Typography and Type Design as critical components of Visual Communication, exploring historical letterform evolution, digital typeface development, and the socio-cultural implications of typographic choices.
