Prof Philip Piper is a Professor at the School of Archaeology & Anthropology, Australian National University. He holds a PhD in Archaeology from the University of York and specializes in Zooarchaeology, Palaeoecology, and Southeast Asian prehistory. His research focuses on prehistoric subsistence strategies, island colonization, and the application of archaeological methods to conservation.
