Philip J. Mann is Senior Lecturer in Sociology & Criminal Justice at Old Dominion University. He holds a JD from DePaul University and researches police-community relations and justice systems.
Author of 'Searching for Common Ground: Seeking Justice and Understanding in Police and Community Relations' (2021). Recipient of the George Huff Award for Academic and Athletic Excellence (1979).
