Dr. Philip Graham is a Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge’s Department of Architecture, supported by a UKRI Design Innovation Scholarship. He concurrently serves as an architect at Cullinan Studio, London, and a visiting lecturer in sustainable housing design at Tampere University, Finland. His research focuses on Adjustable Housing, a transdisciplinary concept addressing systemic challenges in housing design by integrating architecture, real estate, and economics. This work critiques the post-2008 property market and proposes adaptive solutions for 21st-century urban living.
Education includes studies at the University of Sheffield and Ion Mincu University in Romania. Graham has over 20 years of professional experience, including urban regeneration projects in the UK and masterplanning in Libya. His leadership roles span architecture, early education, and the British Army.
