Professor Peter Wilson holds dual appointments as a Fellow of Trinity College at the University of Cambridge and the William Ritchie Professor of Classics at the University of Sydney. His research focuses on Greek literature and culture, with particular emphasis on drama, poetry, and the social and economic history of Greek theatre. He collaborates with Eric Csapo on a major project documenting the theatre's role in ancient Greek society.
