Peter Vuky

Dr. Peter Vuky is an Assistant Professor and clinical educator at the University of Western States (UWS), where he mentors chiropractic interns and provides patient care at the UWS Health Center. He graduated from Lewis and Clark College and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from UWS. Prior to academia, he operated a private practice for 19 years, serving diverse communities including Vietnamese and Asian American populations. He joined UWS in 2019 to pursue mentorship and advancing equitable healthcare access.

His clinical interests focus on family practice, injury rehabilitation, and reducing reliance on prescription drugs through chiropractic care. He advocates for diversity in chiropractic education and actively serves on UWS's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee and the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners (OBCE) subcommittee. Outside academia, he enjoys tennis, chess, and supporting the Portland Trailblazers.
